Rani Alfers is an accomplished Entrepreneur. Over the last 18 years she has built a successful All Lines Insurance Agency in Texas by leading a team that continues to win awards and is notably recognized in DFW.
Since starting her first business in college, Rani’s passion for supporting women owned businesses has seasoned. She invests in Women Founders, Creators and Owners through her company EMR Equity.
Through a recent acquisition, she currently serves as Interim CEO of EMK Skincare. Rani is a Louisiana native and considers Dallas, TX her home. She is connected locally as a professional relationship builder and is heartily involved in the community. She is making an impact through her Podcast, Working Women Mentor. Mom, Traveler & Foodie
– Whenever my son helps set the dinner table, you can bet there’s a board game right at the heart of it. For me, music, a bit of cooking, and a nice glass of wine are like food for the soul after a long day. Exploring the flavors of a restaurant menu and experiencing food through a chef’s eyes—it’s a delicious adventure that I can enjoy no matter where I am in the world. I’m determined never to let my passport expire; there’s just so much of this beautiful world I’m eager to explore.
WOW Moments
– I’ve always enjoyed reading, thanks to growing up with a mom who was always at a library. Autobiographies, business books and memoirs are at the top of my reading list.
One of my favorite books that has become a way of life, is Dr. Joseph Michelli’s, “The Art of Wow”. The philosophy reminds me daily to exceed expectations both professionally and personally and to spread joy by creating ‘wow’ moments for other people.
